Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as needed and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work. Gain foundational product knowledge and sales techniques through certification. Perform additional duties as assigned.
