Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting with store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve them independently. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales and leadership.
