Luthier - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers directly and identify opportunities to capitalize on sales through product knowledge. Execute additional duties as assigned to support store operations and business growth.
