Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales and leadership. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
