Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers directly and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and sales techniques. Additional duties as assigned.
