Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to capitalize on or resolve them. Work through the GC certification program to gain an understanding of products and sales techniques. Additionally, effectively train learners on product knowledge and repair techniques.
