Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Deliver a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues. Maintain specific store inventory and execute additional duties as assigned. Utilize foundational product knowledge to assist in maintaining store operations and support sales initiatives.
