Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty work. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues as needed. Assist in maintenance of specific store gear and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship and customer engagement. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques and store operations.
