Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in building business through quality work and customer engagement. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain sales techniques and product understanding. Opportunities exist to train learners and develop leadership skills within the store.
