Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact directly with customers while following through on work activities to capitalize on sales opportunities. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in store operations and leadership.
