Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle customer service issues as needed. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and execute additional duties assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer care.
