Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while building business through quality work and customer service. Handle customer service issues as needed and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities. Gain product and sales knowledge through the GC certification program. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required.
