Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers to build business through great service and quality work. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
