Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as they arise. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through inclusive environments that prioritize customers.
