Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues directly. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and customer engagement. Gain foundational product knowledge through the GC certification program and handle additional duties as assigned.
