Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to capitalize on business growth through quality work and sales techniques. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. Successful candidates demonstrate initiative, strong customer focus, and the ability to train learners effectively.
