Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact directly with customers while identifying opportunities to capitalize on sales through GC certification program knowledge. Train learners on product techniques and information retention. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
