Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music. Successful technicians will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, effectively train learners, and take initiative to resolve issues without being requested.
