Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to capitalize on or resolve issues. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques so that information is retained.
