Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and providing excellent customer support. Assist in increasing business through quality work and great customer interactions. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music in an inclusive environment.
