Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues while building business through quality work. Gain product knowledge through GC certification to support sales techniques. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music. The team fosters an inclusive environment focused on customer service and individual creativity.
