Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing any service issues that arise. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. Take initiative to capitalize on opportunities and develop knowledge in product, store operations, and sales. This role is part of Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
