Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as they arise and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music by nurturing lifelong musicians and fostering an inclusive environment that puts customers first.
