Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality work. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repairs, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues and following through on identified opportunities. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair, with preferences for foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales techniques, and may be assigned to train learners on repair methods.
