Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and connecting meaningfully. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory while building business through quality work and sales techniques. Gain certification in products and sales, and effectively train learners on repair and product information.
