Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory while building business through quality work and great customer service. Handle customer service issues as they arise and follow through on identified opportunities to resolve issues or capitalize on sales. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in store operations and sales. Complete training duties to effectively teach learners retained techniques and product information.
