Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. Handle customer service issues as they arise and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities and issues. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through GC certification. Guitar Center encourages staff to find their own individual sound and develops lifelong musicians.
