Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory maintenance. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a genuine approach. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales through product knowledge and follow through on work activities without being asked. Train learners on techniques and product information to ensure retention.
