Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues and connecting meaningfully with clients. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required; foundational product knowledge preferred. Base pay plus commissions.
