Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while building business through quality work and customer service. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge, and train learners on techniques and store operations.
