Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality craftsmanship. Service guitars with high-level expertise, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through GC certification to support sales and training efforts. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
