Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory with a high level of craftsmanship. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in store operations as requested, utilizing foundational product knowledge to support sales and store goals. This role is part of Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
