Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Maintain specific store inventory and assist in building business through quality work. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. You will work within Guitar Center's inclusive environment to nurture lifelong musicians and enable others to experience the joy of creating music.
