Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve them proactively. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through the GC certification program.
