Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with a focus on customer care. Gain foundational product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales and leadership. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music within an inclusive environment.
