Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact directly with customers while following through on work activities to capitalize on sales opportunities and develop product knowledge. Complete training to gain understanding of products and sales techniques, and assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business.
