Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues as they arise. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to continually build business through quality work and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products. Successful candidates demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to capitalize on work activities and the ability to effectively train learners.
