Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Execute additional duties as assigned, including identifying operational opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship and sales techniques. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
