Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to continually increase business through quality work and customer engagement. Additional duties as assigned. Guitar Center encourages staff to find their individual sound and offers gig leave for musicians. The role emphasizes customer focus, initiative, and selling skills through the GC certification program.
