Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty repairs. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues and handling inquiries with genuine knowledge. Assist in maintenance of specific store gear as requested and capitalize on sales opportunities by applying product expertise. Develop skills in store operations, sales, and leadership through the GC certification program. Train learners effectively to retain product and technical information.
