Job Summary
Repair Technician (Guitar) at Guitar Center responsible for servicing and repairing customer-owned instruments, maintaining store gear, and completing warranty repair work. Focus on delivering a positive customer experience, applying craftsmanship and product knowledge, and supporting store operations. Training includes GC certification program; duties include engaging with customers, performing repairs with high craftsmanship, maintaining inventory, and handling additional duties as assigned.
