Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Repair Tech (Guitar): perform maintenance and repair on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, maintain craftsmanship, and participate in GC certification program and selling-training to develop product knowledge. Interact with customers, identify opportunities, and contribute to store operations with initiative and teamwork to support Guitar Center’s mission and inclusive work environment.
