Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Repair Tech (Guitar) responsible for maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments, servicing store-owned gear, completing warranty repairs, and delivering strong customer experiences. Must demonstrate craftsmanship and initiative, connect with customers, and participate in GC certification to build product knowledge and sales techniques. Includes opportunities to train others and contribute to store operations through quality workmanship and customer-focused service.
