Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve problems or capitalize on sales. Work through the GC certification program to understand products and sales techniques. Train learners on product knowledge and repair techniques.
