Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues as assigned. Gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques through the GC certification program. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music by nurturing lifelong musicians and delivering exceptional service.
