Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to increase business through quality work and great customer experiences. Interact with customers to ensure positive service, handle customer service issues, and follow through on work activities to resolve identified opportunities. Gain product and sales knowledge through the GC certification program and effectively train learners on techniques and store operations.
