Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory to increase business through quality work. Additional duties as assigned. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
