Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers to build business through quality work and great customer service. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
