Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with high-level craftsmanship, complete warranty repairs, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle service issues. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and sell instruments as needed. Train learners on techniques and store operations.
