Luthier - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while interacting with clients to ensure positive experiences. Build business through quality work and assist in inventory maintenance as requested. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge. Successful candidates demonstrate initiative, customer focus, and the ability to sell through the GC certification program. Additionally, you may be expected to effectively train learners on techniques and product information.
